Instructions
- Fill in the Strategic Analysis Template. You can download it here: Strategic analysis template.xlsx (127,1 kB).
- Sheet 1: do a SWOT-analysis for you existing business
- Sheet 2: do a simple competitor-analyse for your webshop

- Build sub page “ACT 2.A: strategic analysis” as submenu of the menu “Activities” on your webshop.
- Embed, attach or copy (you may choose) your filled-in template (2 sheets) into your webpage.
